Launching #CalgaryToSpace!

Our mission is to encourage the aerospace industry in our community while inspiring, empowering, and educating students.

As the only student team in Calgary with the goal of launching our satellite into space, we provide a unique opportunity for students to contribute to a real spacecraft and mission.

 

No experience is required to join our team; it is our goal for CalgaryToSpace to be accessible to all, whether you are seeking a leadership role or a learning experience. We accept students from all years and academic backgrounds and advocate for diversity in STEM and leadership roles.

CalgaryToSpace is currently working on Calgary’s first student-developed satellite, CalgaryToSpace Satellite 1 (CTS-SAT-1). We have made substantial progress and plan to launch in 2025.
