Satellite Naming Scholarship

Scholarship Criteria

The mission patch scholarship components will be evaluated as follows:

20% - Proposed satellite name

40% - Written explanation of the design

40% - Written explanation of interest in space, and financial need

In order for your submission to be considered, please ensure the following:

All entries must be submitted using the online application. Entries will not be accepted through email.
The proposed mission patch design and satellite name must be your own unique work/idea.
You must be a current high school student (grades 10-12), residing and attending a high school in Alberta, or graduating high school in 2023.
You may enter both the Mission Patch Scholarship and the Satellite Naming Scholarship.
Only one submission per person, per scholarship, is allowed.
